Contemporary jazz saxophonist Mike Phillips combines smooth, romantic riffs with a funky, hip hop infused sound. A native of Mount Vernon, New York; Mike Phillips became interested in music at a young age and played several instruments before honing in on the saxophone.

Mike Phillips has played with three of the world's most iconic musicians - Stevie Wonder, Prince and Michael Jackson. He is the first musician signed by Michael Jordan to the Nike Jordan Brand, home of Air Jordan.  

His latest groove driven smooth jazz musical offering, “Pulling Off The Covers”, cleverly turns out to be not only the soundtrack of his life but many of ours as well.
